Ahed was born to a Jerusalemite family in the city of Jerusalem on 27 April 1980. He got a hold of his first camera from a young age, taking his first steps into the world of art. He soon discovered charcoal drawing and using it created a unique style. Ahed started to exhibit his work in Palestine at the age of 15. Then, he decided to continue his career in art and travelled to Florence, Italy, to study History of Art and Italian language. There, he had the opportunity to exhibit his pieces as well as to meet many artists from all around the world, enriching his vision and experience about art. Upon his return to Jerusalem, he spent two years at Musrara College of Fine Arts in Jerusalem. While continuing his career as a painter, he is also a freelance photographer and trainer.
